Besides the terse texts that Laser 3.14 tags at non-perminent places in Amsterdam, for example on fences, he also makes completely different work: sophisticated drawings, triptychs, paintings and collages. These works are not as transient as his tags on the street, but are equally as poetic.
In 2009 his work was collected in the book Laser 3.14. Are you reading me?, published by Lebovski publishers, Amsterdam. In this book Laser 3.14 talks about his work:
"I see the city as my canvas. The streets scream poetry. Sometimes deafening, sometimes dazzling, most of the time both at once. In the streets, my fictive canvas, I see people from different backgrounds, moving, living at times exuberantly and at times restrained."
